A six pin set of gorgeous koi fish. The kanji (Japanese characters) on these pins says, "Ojiya". Ojiya, Japan is famous for being the birthplace of ornamental colored carp, known as "nishikigoi".
50% of the profits from these pins will go to benefit Ojiya Study Abroad, a Japanese language and culture study abroad program.
All of the pins are 45mm (1.77in) across, and have two pinbacks per pin. With the full set you will get one of each of the following:
-Tancho: white koi with a single red spot on the head. Silver metal.
-Kohaku: white koi with red spots. Copper metal.
-Kumonryu: white koi with black spots. Black nickel metal.
-Platinum: white koi with scales. Silver metal.
-Ogon: gold koi with scales. Gold metal.
-Asagi: pale blue koi with black scales and red fins. Black nickel metal.
