Not bad...not as good as I was hoping.

First off, the skirt was waaayyyy too long. I get that it's a high waisted maxi skirt, but even wearing it halfway up my rib cage it would require high heels. The drape and color also aren't as pretty as they are in the pictures. The material feels nice, but isn't a quality I would expect in a $70 skirt. It's pretty enough to not be worth the hassle of returning it, since I do have high heels I can wear with it, but I definitely won't be buying from this shop again. It's unfortunate, I really wanted to like it more than I did.

Hi Avery! I'm sorry the skirt wasn't what you were expecting or hoping for, though we try to give as much information as possible to create accurate expectations. Our sizing charts list the length of all skirts from waistband to hem, and include my height in listing descriptions as well, to help everyone judge where the skirts will land on themselves since of course this can vary a lot depending on height and body type.

It sounds like a Midi length might work better for you, and we'd be happy to set you up for an exchange when we have Apathy Midis back in stock if you'd be interested in that (email support@witchvamp.com). As for pictures vs real life, I model the exact skirts that we sell but I do wash and steam them before taking photos! Steaming definitely provides a nicer drape so I'd recommend that if you're able to get ahold of a hand steamer.

SUPER comfy!

Been a long while since I've worn skirts, and wearing this (along with another skirt I got from this place) after a long time of sticking to shorts and pants has been amazing. The fabric does well especially for my sensory issues and needs, and I can't appreciate enough how much the larger sizes ACTUALLY fit for larger bodies like mine. I got the C sizes and it's amazing to have clothes that don't dig into my waist and hips.
