Return & Exchange Deadlines
Contact WV within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Returns and exchanges can not be processed beyond these time limits.
Order Cancellation Deadlines
For standard ready-to-ship orders: Contact us and request a cancellation *before* your order has been shipped. Otherwise, it will need to be handled as a return.
For preorders: Cancellations will only be accepted while preorders are still open (ex: if the preorder period is from Oct. 10-17th, you must cancel your order by the 17th). After preorders have closed we can not accept cancellations or issue refunds, as the production order with our manufacturer will already be locked in.

-For returns-
Returned item refunds will be given minus return shipping costs and a restocking fee of $2. If not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. This will be reflected in the refund amount processed.
-For exchanges-
Buyers are responsible for shipping both ways on exchanged items (return shipping for the first item, and shipping for the new item). Exchange shipping fees will be made payable through a custom invoice.
-Regarding sale or discontinued items-
Items on sale can not be returned.
-Regarding limited/collab preorder items-
Due to the nature of limited and/or collaboration items, exchanges may not be possible after preorders have been fulfilled. Please carefully check the sizing info and your measurements before placing a preorder!
