Shipping policy

Free US Shipping for orders over $59! (Flat rate US Priority Mail Shipping available for $9.99 on all orders)

Ready-to-ship orders will usually be processed within one week (3-5 business days). Shipping times listed (ie: 1-3 day priority mail) only indicate how long shipping itself generally takes once the package has been accepted at the post office.

We are unable to take orders to the post office on federal holidays (they will be closed) or on Sundays. Orders will also not deliver when the post office is closed. If you need an order delivered by a particular date please reach out to us before ordering so that we can let you know if it is possible, and set up a custom shipping rate (expedited + overnight, for example) if needed.

If your order contains a preorder, it will ship when the preorder item(s) have arrived.

We have just reopened shipping availability to Canada and Australia! We hope to expand into more countries soon. But for now, if you are from a different country, please use an international mail forwarding service to facillitate your order.

International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees associated with their order. These charges will all be calculated upfront at checkout. All international orders are shipped by DHL using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service.
