I love the skirt so much!

My FAVORITE skirt!

This is my FAVORITE skirt that I own! The pattern and color are very true to the picture, and the material is a good, medium weight that won't be too hot in the summer but won't be too cold in the winter (as long as you layer it with a good pair of tights). I love the Vetiverfox designs and the grayish-purple color of the skirt. Based on the sizing chart, I'm at the upper end of the "B" size -- my waist is about 46 inches -- so I was afraid it was going to be very tight or that I might not be able to wear it if I gain weight, but it fits incredibly comfortably and still has some additional stretch to it. I would definitely recommend if anyone is between sizes to size down as these skirts are VERY stretchy and the more snug the fit, the less likely it is to fall down if you load up the pockets.

looks almost like the picture

unfortunately I think I'm going to return this skirt. The pattern looks like the picture and while they fully disclosed that the skirt is made overseas, the material is definitely that stretchy cheap feeling material that you get a lot buying online. I don't like it at all. I feel like the cost of this skirt should have meant getting a better material.

Hi Katherine, I'm sorry you weren't happy with the material. While we think that it's great for being comfortable, soft, and easy to wash & wear, we understand that it won't be for everyone. I can see that my parter has already gotten your return started, so I'm glad to see that's being handled swiftly.

Along with our manufacturer info we also do list the exact composition of the fabric, which is 88% polyester and 12% spandex, so I hope that made it clear ahead of time that it is going to be a stretchy fabric. The spandex helps us accomodate a wider range of sizes comfortably, and the polyester allows us to do sublimation priting in small batches with our own custom designs (or in this case, guest artist's design!).

For anyone concerned about the fabric or sensory issues in the future, please know that we do offer fabric swatch packs for $1 including shipping so that you can feel the fabric for yourself before commiting to a full clothing item. You can find the swatch packs under 'info' and then 'fabric swatch packs' in our main menu.

In the future, we hope to expand our line to have skirts with natural fiber material, so keep an eye out for that as it may be more to your liking! Please know though that a similar length skirt in a natural fiber will most likely be $150+
