We are directly and highly affected by the ongoing trade disputes with China, as the majority of our skirts & joggers are made in a factory in China that we have been working with for many years. We had raised all skirt/jogger prices +$10 while tariffs were at 145%, with the intention of returning to regular pricing if things changed for the better.
Currently, there's a 90 day pause on most of the new tariffs on China, bringing the current rate down to 30%. Because of this, and because our March Preorder order has arrived safely and we were able to cover the additional expenses brought on by escalating tariffs (thanks to everyone support through this!), we are now able to return to our standard pricing.
If tariffs rise again after the 90 day pause has passed, we may also need to raise prices once more. Anything above 50% will necessitate a price raise. Please know that this is not what we want to have happening for you or us or anyone. Hopefully the tariff rate will not skyrocket again and we can stick to business as (mostly) usual.
